The mission of Gonher of Mexico is to be leader in the manufacture of its products, always including a value added that can be recognized by the customer. For that reason, our products are supported by state-of-art technology, raw materials of high quality, laboratory tests and quality assurance systems certified by the International Quality Standards QS-9000.

Quality is the result to adopt a persistent way of work focused on the continuous improvement, with a personal and work team commitment. In addition to be supported by our supplier´s effort, in Gonher de Mexico we meet strictly our determined Integral quality systems with a common intention: the total satisfaction of the necessities and expectations of the customer.

In Gonher de Mexico we implemented a quality system based on the following statutes:

Certification

We maintain a Continuous Improvement System as way of work. This is reflected by the disciplined application of the fulfillment of our quality statutes. We are always on top to satisfy the requirements of our customers in the original equipment, spare parts and heavy service markets.

Every 6 months, external auditors certify our Quality System, with excellent results.

Internal Audits

We have established to audit our systems twice a year, in every point of the quality system, in order to strength the procedures, systems and work instructions that allow us to provide a high, trustable level of reliability to the operation and to the quality assurance of products.

Customer satisfactions

Our quality system emphasizes the continuous evaluation of the customer´s satisfaction, prioritizing the actions established to fulfill their requirements and expectations: on-time deliveries, quality and service.

Suppliers Development

The suppliers are an important link in the success of our operation. It is essential to work with them, going to the same direction.

Our quality system contemplates that our suppliers also look for the continuous improvement, which is supported by the Suppliers Evaluation and Development. They are also engaged to certify their works systems and to support the goals and objectives of Gonher de Mexico.

The evaluation of the special characteristics of our processes and products is supported by the reliability of the instruments and test equipment, which are maintained and calibrated according to methods and certified laboratories of calibration. Our laboratory is part of the laboratory certified by the E.M.A. (Mexican Organization of Certification) which granted us the certification for raw materials tests, like the filtering paper.
